Why I Write
Healing changed my life.
After losing my mother, I found myself navigating one of the deepest seasons of grief I had ever known. Grief has a way of changing everything—it challenges your identity, your faith, and your ability to see hope ahead. What began as pain became a journey of healing, self-discovery, and learning how to thrive after life’s storms.
That journey inspired my award-winning book, The Day My Heart Turned Blue, along with my bereavement journal, YouVersion Bible plans, and personal development resources created to help others who may feel lost in their own seasons of grief, transition, or emotional healing.
As an author, speaker, devotional creator, and certified Life coach, I believe healing is not about pretending the pain never happened—it is about allowing God to meet you in it, restore what was broken, and help you rediscover who you are.
